Default Octane booster and MOT emissions test

I normally run my '96 STI on a mixture of SUL and Millers.

Is the octane booster likely to present any problem when I take it for an MOT next month (ie. emissions test), or should I make a point of filling the tank without it before it goes for the test?

On that subject anyone know what revs they check emissions at on a new age motor? Just wonder as my wild cams are "dirty" until 2500 revs
