Right I've looked into this searching through the site and have come up a bit short! I'm just in the middle of a 2.5 conversion at the mo on my 2001 P1! I'm currently running a VF28 trubo with standard injectors and a Apexi Power FC looking after the management! Where I'm stuck is that I'm now running a 2.5 bottom end,Apexi 740cc injectors and a AF TD05/06 20g Turbo! Will I be able to run the car in on my map at the mo (set for the 2.0 with the vf28 and standard injectors) or would I need a base map to run it in and then have it mapped again? The map at the moment was done by the Jolly Green Monster!

Also whats the running in rules for this engine (its brnad new from Subaru), what oil to use, miles to do,etc.

you would be better leaving the standard size injectors in and maybe running the original ecu, or better still, get a running in map put in

I usually put a run in map on a car.. and then do a full remap once run in..

Usually only cost an extra £50 plus my travel to do both rather than one as part of the setup for the run in map cancels out the time on the full remap to set up etc..

How much am I looking to get you to go a run in map and a remap after then! You've mapped it already before but obviously new engine new map lol.

I could get you to come to me to do the run in map and then I could bring the car to you the second time for the final map (it would finish my running in miles lol)
