Default Turbo and remap.

Hey all,
I have a uk turbo my00 with full decat and panel filter.
I have had car over a year and it doesn't feel fast or at least not as fast as when i first got it. I know this is normal but i think i need to start upgrading.
I am trying to decide on what to do .
i am about to get it remaped, but eventually am wanting over 300bhp, maybe 340. Should i get the remap now as i can afford this or should i not bother at the moment and wait until i can afford vf34 aswell?

Some advice would be appriciated.

Personally i would wait until all the mods are done in one go and then get it remapped, i have a VF34 on my newage with supporting mods and got 333bhp & 325ft lbs, have been told a VF34 is good for 350bhp but i'm not sure what else i would have to do to get to that figure

sti 7/8/9 tmic (with some help fitting)

Don't i already have td04?
Thought after reading all the posts on turbos that vf34 was the best for low lag and 300+.

Could always go for a VF28 from a P1, not too expensive and excellent spool.

Good power aswell, should see you past 300bhp
