To all 95 wrx JDM/Euro wagon owners
My scooby's running with:
Engine: EJ20BUG (read on the back side near the gear box)
Turbo: TD05H
Actually it's a wrx wagon MY95, applied model GF8CL8D.
Is someone in the scoobynet community who has the same component?
I've heard it's not standard and this car could have been modified...
Someone to confirm that?
Thanks to all!

When I bought the car 4, was a 6D inside...not the most appropriate I've heard...actually the ecu for 1993-1996 Euro/UK models.
I already bought a 2C but not fitted yet..should be better because the 95 wrx import is running with the td05h actually
Do you know more about the EJ20BUG? Could be helplful for me...

Mine is an Italian import from august 1994.
Engine: EJ20BUB (read at same place as you)
Turbo: TD05H
I can see that you are from Germany and without having this verified it seems like the LHD wagons from 94/95 are actualy born with TD05H turbos instead of TD04 turbos like the UK types.
I went through quite some trouble earlier this year supplying parts to my knacked heads as the heads on my car was not the same as the ones supplied on the UK cars.

Living in Germany but coming from France :-)
Actually I bought in 2002 for my 20th birtday :-) but concerning the history before I've no idea. Moreover the car gets a dutch harness...maybe a dutch car actually...
Anyway thanks for your help!

Your car will either be swiss or dutch. All early GC/GF models had the TD05 turbo in mainland europe up to the 1997/98 models. Early models were not available in Germany. SD (Subaru Deutschland) started importing the GT in 1996, but wagon models were not avalible until 1997/98 and even these were swiss models brought by SD from the swiss importers. The only wagons that were made for the german market were the 99/00 models, but the 97/98 model falls under german regulations too as they were officaly imported by SD.
After your explanations - good actually - i think this car should be a dutch version (due to the dutch harness).
Firstly, do you know which engine was built in originally? (I'm an EJ20BUG inside. and EJ20GNW4HA engine code as long as I remember...).
Secondly, a 6D ecu currently manages the engine. I heard it's not really the better one(?) That's why I bought a 2C ecu. Unfortunately not received yet and therefore not fitted yet...Should come in a couple of days as well as the Walbro 255.
Thanks for your help :-)

As my car seems to be a dutch car, your contact in Holland could be helpful. Moveover I'm sometimes in Delft(NL) because the company's headquarter is located overthere. Can you access to my private email address or should I put it here?
