Default MY04 Spec C bonnet question!!

Guys

Having just got my Spec C and knowing the bonnet is aluminium i have noticed at high speeds it looks unstable and you can see it moving.

Do any fellow Spec C onwners notice this and is it me being paranoid or is it worth investing in bonnet clips for the old girl.

Mac

Yes its normal, mine use to do it all the time, is a bit off putting but the standard latch should hold it ok

How do you define "high speeds"?

TX.

PS

Not noticed mine moving at any speed.

That bloody great scoop probably doesnt help adding all that extra drag causing the bonnet to flex a bit.I know my classic flex's quite badly and im yet to find out about the spec c but id imagine its the same.Nothing to worry about really as ive never had a bonnet fly up on me yet the latch it pretty good

Had mine at an indicated 165mph (on the autobahn) and it was flexing like mad ... decided that was quite fast enough for me.
