Bulb behind fog light switch blown

Question

My fog light switch has lost its light, any idea how I change the bulb? Does the switch just prize off?

I've got same problem, you have to drop the tray under the steering column to get to the switch apparently. Take a look at:

http://www.ravensblade-impreza.com/index1.html

He shows how to drop the tray in the section about the hardwired radar detector.

Getting the switch out is the easy part..... anyone know what type and where I can get a bulb from?

You only need to remove the coin tray by opening it then pulling horizontally back, then put your fingers in and push the switch out. Then disconnect the plug connector, it has a tooth that engages with the switch that you need to push down on to separate switch and connector.

I havent had to replace my bulb yet so no more info, sorry.

Try your local model shop - ask for some 12 volt grain of wheat bulps 25p each IIRC.

They are a bit fiddly to change but mine have been going strong for over a year.
