I have bought a used HKS GD Pro clutch (2604-RF001) for a Subaru impreza 5-speed. Does this one fit a 6-speed impreza? The pedal stopps half way down. Feels like the brake pedal. Can I have put something the wrong way? If the 2604-RF001 does not fit my 6-speed, what´s the differece between 2604-RF001 (for 5-speed) and 2604-RF002 (for 6-speed). Is it possible to rebuild it to work with 6-speed?

 

You can use a 5 speed clutch on a 6 speed gearbox as long as you have the correct flywheel. (6 speed flywheel has small towers on it, 5 speed is flush) Im running a uprated 5 speed setup on my 6 speed box.

 

Seems like it´s working now. Some part must just have been mounted wrong.
