I bought an unused prodrive spoiler from ebay and unfortunately it got really badly damaged in transit. I'm asking for a full refund but was wondering if it's ever possible to fix something like this at all?
It's a prodrive spoiler for 01-05 plate subaru. It's been broken right next to the small fin which pops up. It the bit that curves down that been completely borken off. It's a fairly clean break but if fixable it will obviously need a respray.

Forget fixing it, you never asked for a broken one! Refund defo.

 

I took to a body shop on the off chance but it's completely had it. So gutted as it was new and very good paint job.
Asking for full refund but I'm a bit worried as I bought it from ebay. The guy has been ok so far, spoke to he and he apologised. He's checking with tnt who shipped it. I'll give him a couple of days then, start chasing him for the money.
