Go to Halfolds and get some Super Brillance bulbs instead

 

Dunno if they STILL are, but Halfords WERE doing BOGOF on their 50% brighter bulbs, the ones in the gold boxes.

They recently won the AutoExpress award for best of class, being commended for light output and optical performance, (putting the light where it's supposed to be) which is important.

I recommend them.
