New customer wants to keep freeserver email account... No problem says Indian (from Indian Call centre)
Ok open outlook, delete current Freeserver mail info, create new email options for new ISP and just put the Freeserve address in the settings for the new one ! All old emails will come through as normal
Indian Call centre + Customer =

My next door neighbour is a lovely old dear who in her dotage tends to take things literally and also does not understand computers/broadband at all.
I went around to help her 'fix' her Total Broadband installation after the call to the Indian call centre.
She had written literally pages of stuff that to this day I cannot interpret. She said, 'that's what he told me'.
There were about four user-ids, all different, several passwords. None of them matched the user-ids.
It was a nightmare!

A very good friend of mine has a saying "My brother can do it for you cheaper" - yes he's indian and no his brother doesn't work in IT....doesn't stop him from offering IT advice tho
