Can anyone tell me if there's much difference between:

1. Standard 07 STi backbox.
2. Newage WRSport backbox.
3. Prodrive 07 PPP backbox.

1. no noise will rust
2. think it's stainless? not heard one but the tailpipe is a funny angle cut jobbie, not very big either.
3. stainless, bit of a burble. not intrusive at all. nice b/box

2. WR sport is a prodrive back box but generally have an oval exit and can be bought off the shelf from subaru.
3. As above with round exit. Can't buy these off the shelf, has to be part of ppp. Can buy them 2nd hand off ebay.

 

Is there much noise difference between 2 and 3?

I currently have 1. on my STi, Have number 2 in my loft but was toying with ppp in a few months, hence querying 3.

 

no difference mate. its the same box with different exit.
