Washer Jet fuse
On my UK car, it's given as third from the left, bottom row, in the fusebox behind the cointray.
Bad news is that it also protects the wipers, so if they are working, it's odds on the fuse is OK.

cheers. it's for my mate so i'll let her know that if the wipers are still working it's not the fuse.
