hi there, i was wondering if someone could hlep me,

i have a 1995 impreza wrx, its a jap import so its restricted to 112.5Mph (180Kph) i know the limiter can be removed but i cant find information to help me understand some of the advantages, and more importantly disadvantages (except fuel economy.lol) of having it derestricted would do??

if anyone knows, id highly appreciate the help
