Default Sti Spec C GP Edition / Help Please

Hi

I'm looking at my next purchase for 2007/2008. Has anyone test driven or does anyone on here own the above that would like to PM or post a review.

I will of course arrange a test drive once the new M3 is out so that I can back to back test them, but would welcome some feedback.

Cheers - Current Car 350Z

I believe you'll find that the Spec C GP Edition is a Litchfield-only creation.

Big difference in price between a Spec-C and the new M3 - less than £30k v £50k!!!

I'm gonna be looking to do the same thing as you Mr Leigh, new car next year. At the top of my list at the moment is a Litchfield T25, though I might just have to have a drive of the current M3 [a CS I reckon], and I've always loved the 350Z [and now they got a new V6, with 309bhp].

The GP's are about 35k i think and are very much a track focussed car. Dont think it would be too comfortable day to day

We're actually in the process of finalising the 2007 GP Edition. It is designed to celebrate our race success throughout 2006 and this year also sees me importing cars for 10 years

The new GP Edition will feature heavily discounted parts to produce a real driver focused Impreza. We have lots of great STI parts coming over from Japan to be mated with our UK developed performance upgrades.

The demo car is on the way over and I hope to have it ready during April

Hey Iain, just a quick question if that's ok?

I was just wondering about your supply of used T25's. Is there always a good chance you would have some really good examples for sale - the all black blobeye you currently got would be perfect, just a year to soon for me

What it is, summer 2008 I'm gonna be looking for a new car and everything I've read about your T25 makes me want one so bad!!! I wouldn't have near the budget for a new £40k T25 but the few used examples you got right now for just over £20k gets me real excited

Next year may even mean I could stretch to a used eagle-eye T20?

Should I be asking these things on PM Iain? Opps, sorry for jumping on your thread Mr Leigh.

It would be best to give Iain a ring and speak to him directly.

I'm just looking at the car I will enjoy the most really. The price difference does not bother me. It will be very hard for me to justify the extra £15000 for the M3 if I really like the Spec C GP. I had a WR Scoob back in 99 and would like to re live my youth

I love the Z, just needs more poke i.e 350bhp and less weight if I'm picky.

Thanks Ian, I'll contact you in April / May.

Bug4life - I'll test drive the Type 25 if possible, just incase. Cheers
