Upgraded (cat) exhaust systems

I need to get a decent exhaust system (MY96 SPW), and I was thinking of the MRT one, or are there any better options for the same money out there?
I want a legal setup, don't want to change anything for emission tests, so the setup I'm looking at needs a DP with a cat, centre pipe without resonator and a muffler with a big (4") outlet...
