Hi all

I have recently bought a 01 uk bugeye wagon 2.5L running quite big power (395 bhp) 420 torque.

All was great for a week then bang,3rd gear went on the standard 5 speed,i knew it would happen.

Anyway i have been looking into having a 6 speed box which seems to be the best road to go down.

The question is what will i need for the full conversion?
And will the 6 speed cope with that sort of power and torque?
Also what is the differance between the non dccd and the one with dccd?

You'd be well advised to call David at API, he can normally supply these box's. either as a kit with all that you need, or a drive in drive out service.....
