Hi,

Can anyone tell me whether there are any things i can check to determine exactly which engine (wrx or sti etc) i have fitted as i'm not sure the engine goes with the year and model of impreza i have bought, would appreciate any help.

Find the engine number and I'm sure someone on here knows what site to use to find out where it came from.

 

Check your duplicate thread in General Technical Dan.

 

Where do i find the engine number on the actual engine not just the vin plate.
