Default Strange chassis-number

Hi

I’m from Switzerland and I have a white importet Impreza WRX (STi?) MY96, but I have no idea which model it is – I got parts from the “Sti”, parts from the special edition “WRX V-Limited”, the whishbones are aluminium etc. etc.

There ist also a strange chassis-number / VIN-Number: GC8 041 423

The Engine type is: EJ20GDW5HE

The Transmission type is: TY752VB4AA

I got seats from the limited WRX V-limited (whit e special Logo in the middle of the seats), but this model is only avaible in san remo blue, but my car is white. Then i got golden 16" Inch Wheels form the STi, aluminium whishbones from the STi, Transmission type ist also from STi.

Its not possible to be a RA-Version, becaus i got AC, electric windows, windshild wipers in the back etc.

Can somebody help me? I have no idea, what is this for a car.

Sorry for my bad english.

Thanks Oliver

The engine number and gearbox code suggest it is a version 2 STI, not the 555 edition or V-Limited.
