Hi all,

I've recently had a Blitz Solonoid Boost Control Unit fitted to MY97 UK turbo.

However, during acceleration I get a loud clicking (sounds like a very noisy solonoid)noise. Is this normal?

Please put me out of my misery.

I have the Blitz dual solenoid boost controller (DSBC) but do not get that noise loud. I sometimes get a clicking noise but it is very faint and hard to notice unless I concentrate. I was told by the tuner that the noise was from the boost controller. I don't know if it's normal or not, in your case with the single solenoid to get the loud clicking noise.

apologies for taking so long to get back.

I spoke with the guys at PE and they are going to move it so that it runs a bit quiter.

Aparently they are noisy little buggers.
