I am thinking of getting a FMIC but i want to still use my STi Dumpvalve, is there any way of getting a adaptor o i can still use the Sti on a FMIC pipework.
Agree with Neil, i am running a fmic with a dv from a MY97/98 car and it runs spot on. Do not be tempted to take the easy option of fitting a vta dv, as the car drives like a bag of bolts!!
My car drives so much smoother with the standard recirc, than it ever did with a baileys vta dv.
Try a standard dv and you will see exactly what i mean! I never had problems with idling or normal driving but when pushing along it was very jerky and very on/off for throttle response.
