Hi does anyone know if there are any common oil or Power steering leaks on the WRX WAGON IMPREZA ?Mines a 1994 import turbo

 

yes, cars do suffer with both of the leaks you have mentioned. For oil leaks it is usually the rocker cover (both sides) although some seals can go especially on the older cars (think it is the crank oil seal).

Power steering can seem to leak from anywhere!!, sometimes it is on or around the header, sometimes it is where the pipework connects to the rack, can be a right pain as well to identify where it is coming from. I have a ps leak on mine and I cannot determine where it is, so I added some fluid that stops power steering leaks and touch wood it no longers leaks
