At a guess:

This box is the same as my Sti v3 I think. My trans has lasted 3 years on 380 x 370 engine with 120 drag starts and 8000 road miles.
Still perfect.
Clutch however is an AP Organic.

they are ok for up to 400 ish, the clutch may start to slip on those hard launcehes,

i got my car to 340bhp on a sti 2 and did over 15000 miles and that was ok and the sti 3 has a stronger gearbox.
