M40 this evening southbound around jct 8
passed a low level spoilered scoob, darkish colour. (well it was dark and foggy so cant give a better description 
), slowed down as I came past you, you flashed your lights and I winked my hazards at you

BTW one of your fogs is out , the nearside one
