Question for Stef or anybody with a Scorpion D/P

I have a Scoobysport backbox and Scorpion Mid section with cat d/p.
Was thinking about the Scorpion D/P. Looking to change the D/P in the near future and my friend took me out in his RB5 with full Scoobysport system and the sound/performance and pops and bangs were superb.
Stef (or whoever):
1 Do you get pops and bangs with the Scorpion D/P?
2 Would I see a noticable performance increase going to this from the cat D/P?
3) Does the Scorpion give less performance increase due to the smaller flange compared to the SS D/P? (my budget is a little restricted at the moment!)
Stef, if you do decide to change your d/p I might be interested in your old one!
