Hi all .My gearbox has just given up .Do any of you well informed people know where i can source a re-build manual for a 1995 WRX manual box? As I have a decent knowledge of the automotive industry and would much rather build it myself knowing the job has been done properly! Any help would be very much appreciated.

As not even a Haynes manual is available for the Impreza, I doubt that a gearbox rebuild manual will easily be obtainable. I think that you can get service manuals from Subaru, but they are £££££.

Pretend that you don't have a WRX and see if you can get a photocopy of the relevant sections from your dealer

Sod buying the manual just get in touch with Ian Brown he does a fantastic job on gear box's as he builds all the competition gear box's for Town End Garage Motorsport.

Know them inside out and has loads of second hand bits in stock.
