Sold my exhaust now need to post to buyer
I've sold my ss back and mid and need to ship it too its new owner this week, anyone else done this? I'm going to pack it all in a box my new system came in..do they collect or do you have to take it to them?

Mega.......as a postman , it goes bye the weight and how far it's going to travel........It might pay you to ask a couple or three different types of carrier company's but Royal Mail are the most competitive, make sure you send it recorded or registerd cos if it goes missing it is insured......hope this helps.

I've shipped quite a few exhausts and, as a guide, STi back boxes weigh around 9Kgs, so start guessing from there.
If it's going within the UK then the volumetric weight isn't really an issue, but I would dispute that Royal Mail are the most competetive. Try a few of the carriers, but if you know someone with an account with a company use them, as you'll probably get a better rate.
