I use a disklok.

Do you really want to carry a stearing wheel around with you???

If you have an airbag steering wheel and want to keep it, then I don't think you can have a removeable boss fitted and keep the airbag active - although I'd happily be proved wrong on this!

I have a snap-off boss coming for my MOMO (non airbag) next week.....

I think it is a great idea, I dont mind carrying round a steering wheel - just as long as my pride and joy stays where I left it....

I have a snap off too, with momo wheel. Removed my airbag and required a bit of fiddling to get the horn wired up. Popped down the scrappy and took a steering wheel off and old pre-airbag model to get the little fitting you need to keep the contacts touching through 360degrees. Pretty simple to fit though. Each one has its pins in a different pattern so you can't get one to nick someone elses car. Nice one. You find you only take it off certain times and you can also lock it on the hub so some scum can't break in and just nick your steering wheel to get on your t*ts!
