I am in the process of buying an Sti. V5 type R. What would be the running costs based on 12,000 miles p.a.?

These charges would include servicing, parts and fuel bills.I already have some idea on the cost of insurance. The car that I really like has done nearly 40k miles.

Can anyone shed some light on these costs?

servicing would be around £300 - not sure if a 45k is a biggie - if it is, haggle.
