I have a legacy outback 2.5 on a 99 plate with a broken air con belt tensioner washer/nut that fits over the tensioner wheel. I have tried all day to get one from a Subaru dealer in Peterborough but was told that every Subaru that comes over to the uk has no air con fitted and it is fitted by a company called Cool Air at the docks!!!???

That sounds like a load of rubbish to me!!! So no Subaru is every made with air con and it's not a factory fitment?? Who are they trying to kid?

Does anyone have or know where i can get the plastic washer with nut attached to it that the long tensioner bolt threads in to? I can send a photo if needed.

The rest of the bracket is fine so i don't need that bit, just this so called non listed nut or did i get a silly answer from a silly spares man who should wear this on his t shirt
