..There are so many different STIs out there, I wonder which is the easiest to pick up and hardest STI to get rid of?

I mean (dumb question i know, but I've never had one!) how on earth would you pick up a US STI, living in Britain, apart from actually going there, maybe getting lucky (or not) and comming back with an STI??
