Need some help....

Bought these from Laura here on SN(thanks Laura) but they had a cracked lens...

Managed to source a replacement(hopefully)...

How do I get the old one out and new in??

Is it just a matter of heat and the seal shoud give? If so what is the best way to do?

Also missing the indicator fittings(you know the ones the indicator bulb goes into, to hold then onto light). Does anyone know where I'll get these and what bulbs go in, orange or those silver ones that shine orange?

My local dealer is none to helpful, just want's to sell me a new set.....

If anyone has these could you please post up a picture if the reverse and connections...
