The 'Old Bill' have added a new weapon to their armoury in the Dorset area..a White unmarked Scooby.!!...so...the next time a white 06' Scooby appears in your rear view mirror,have a second look before you leave tarmac in his eyes because otherwise he will leave 'tears' in your eyes when he gives you 3 points and a £60 fine.!!
