where does the gasket go (between back cat and front pipe or back box?)

where does the gasket go (between back cat and front pipe or back box?)
i was wondering if the gasket went between the front pipe and rear decat or
rear decat and back box, im swapping the back box to standard for a trip to
nurburgring thats all.

Standard exhaust has a flexible joint between front pipe and centre section, so will need what's called a donut to seal there.
There should be a gasket between back box and centre pipe.
