Default Replacing STI5 With P1 engine what turbo?

P1 one blocks going in and dead sti5 is comming out.
Can anyone advise what the difference is between the VF34 and VF28 and what would be the best to retain.

cheers
chris

VF34 is the better turbo, but you will need a map/tweak to get the best from it

VF28 is standard on both P1 and STI5 (essentially the same engine)
