Default magnex or scoobyworld

Is there any great difference between the BBs and centre sections from scoobyworld and a Magnex system.

I'm looking for something that'll announce the arrival of my MY00 UK in town but not too loud for motorway journeys and hopefully release a few more ponys under the bonnet. Also in the future I will probably be looking to expand the system to the turbo but gonna have to do it a bit at a time.
