Noticed headlamp taping on the Subaru Impreza Story video.

Why do you do it? Is it to prevent headlamp debris on the track after a bump?
(Sorry, not been to a track day before.)

The taping-up of headlights & tail-lights.

Not obligatory, but Brands would appreciate it if you would do it. (IE let's do it!)

Yes, nasty sharp shards of plastic don't mix well with tyres and high speeds!

I've got loads of Duct tape left over from the RS day at Silverstone. Once I've done my car, anyone else can help themselves.
