The P1 can its owners finnally tell us how it compares?

It would seem as if the P1 has come and gone pretty quickly.
Articles in the magazines have all prasied it, but no one has actually compared it to a regular or slightly modified Impreza.
How does its handling compare?
Simon, can we get an anyalisis here? Plus's, downsides?
