However, if you do read this, there are TWO lanes on a Dual Carriageway and the Highway Code says that when you are not overtaking and clear, you should pull back to the inside lane.

I was obviously travelling faster and wanted to go past but you are obviously either too lazy or just don't like having your scoob overtaken by a Mini

I'm also sure you thought it very funny when you passed that other car and the road was clear, instead of pulling over to let me past, you hit the loud pedal knowing that I was unlikely to be able to follow.
