Subsidy Number For Mobile Phone ?

Ok i have a 3 pay as you go phone and want to put an Orange pay as you go sim card in it but it ask's for a Subsidy Number Password any ideas ?

You need an unlatching code from the 3 network, or you could just go down to any high street mobile shop and get the phone unlocked to all networks for a tenner.
