Went to Wales at the weekend, mountain biking in the Coed-y-Brenin forest on the Karrimor and Red Bull trails (any MTB'ers here - it's awesome and a must to ride)

Wanted to say that the A road from Welshpool to Dolgellau is just fantastic - at night on the way up, PIAA's doing a good job of lighting up the countryside, then daylight on the Sunday coming home. Coming down off the Cambrian Mountains was a blast and overall, probably the best drive I have ever had in the Scoob (RB5) or in any other car for that matter. I was still buzzing from the MTB rides and the drive on the Monday at work... Probably bored everyone senseless by going on about it!

 

Sounds like a good weekend all round. I've been biking and scoobing for a year now. Went up to Scotland in May and had the same experience - great roads followed by great mountains/scenery followed by great roads again. Adrenaline overload
