OK, so i have variable speed intermittent on the front wipers (97 WRX)
But only a measly on or off at the rear. Or is there some way of making the rear wiper intermittent?

Must be easy, I think I may have a circuit from a 70/80's electronics mag?

Does anyone know the wiring arrangement? I would be prepared to fiddle about with a prototype as I have been thinking of adding this for some time.

What sort of action do we want, say 1 or 2 wipes then intermittent - like on modern European cars? Is there an 'off the shelf' electronic relay to do this????

Chris

I once had a gizmo that made a (non-intermittent) VW front wipe into intermittent - so the truth is out there!

I suppose what you want is a little wheel controller that fits into one of the blank spaces next to the driving light switch.

Airmiles, of course Subaru UK kindly supply such a potential wheel controller.
Otherwise known as the "bright" button.

But i'd assume it's a nighmare to wire this up as a rear wiper intermittent control.

Unless anyone knows otherwise..?
