saw a dark blue classic and a blobeye in Harpenden when i was on the way to the hairdressers at 2pm

i was reversing out of a one way road when the blobeye passed me, looked like an older gent driving

Two weeks ago (give or take) you where parked at the bottom of Vaughan road (before the service road was open) talking to a man. I walked passed but did not say anything as the conversation looked private and did not want to intrude.
