Hello mate I was just on my way home from Rotorstock, getting very tired after camping overnight and drinking a few tins. I did wave/nod hello, im not sure if you could see me because my tints are slightly darker than i`d like.
Always nice to see a P1 on the motorway

Likewise ... nodded hello (and flashed goodbye as we left the motorway!) ... but think we were both moving too fast to exchange greetings

Car looked great ... g/f wants to know how you get the flames (kit?) ... she didn't believe me when I said you were spittin' flames ... she's only ever seen it done on the MtoGP on tele!!! Think the guy in the Smart was probably worried his car would be reduced to a pile of smouldering plastic

Yeah, its a kit I love my scoob but I dont take it all too seriously, as you probably guessed
The guy in the Smart car was quite close for a while till I dropped to 4th and flamed, then he kept his distance, in my mind thats a job well done

I must admit I was slightly worried when I saw this "was it you" thread come up, theres quite a few members who are completely opposed to flamer kits and I was thinking this might be a slating thread If i`d seen you flash as I came off the motorway i`d not have been too concerned, unfortunately I missed it for some reason (tired I guess) Good on you for seeing it for what it is.......FUN

No chance ... flames looked great ... wanted to see a few more ... made miles of motorway driving a lot more entertaining

Car looked / went like a serious piece of kit though...!

Oi Simondo, Flamer kits are for us youngsters, your anti-shlaaaaag is for the "im having a midlife crisis", which will be in about 27 years time for me

Now Im not really the best judge of that as its quite hard to tell from where I sit But, I believe I can basically pop small blues ones without any real effort, or take it to 5000rpm and chuck a big enough flame to light up a dark stretch of the motorway behind me.
On sunday I threw a HUGE **** flame at a scooby owner from my club who was behind me on the way to Rotorstock How we laughed at that
