Just had the full SS fitted and it's loud!! .Good results(also had header ported and Link fine tuned) and so want to keep it but the noise on full throttle is mental!! Anyboby tried this sound deadening stuff you can buy to line the boot with decent reduction in noise(only concerned about noise in cabin) Cheers,Deep.

Ask in ICE, some of the guys have used dynamat all over the place. I've just done both the doors and the car already sounds different to the point that I thought something was wrong briefly. Only down side is that it's rather heavy.

I put some in the Fiesta, to combat road noise for the sake of the stereo really. Did the doors first, not a lot of difference, did the taigate, loads of difference, did the roof, fantastic There is a definate cut in road noise but I'd say in my car the exhaust sounds louder now, not a bad thing for me tho!

Deep, had a full SS fitted myself recently. love it but wife & kids complain in the back. Have fitted 4 rolls of Dynamat into the boot & rear wings and added some carpet underlay for good measure. It has damped it considerably. Will do the doors when I figure out how to get the trim off.

Definetly helps as the scoobs are made of thin metal and crap linings.

Fit smaller pieces to get the best fit and get it really hot with a heatgun or blowtorch - sticks well then.
