Unhappy Gruppe-S headers cracked

My V1 Gruppe-S headers have cracked, where one of the nearside cross pipes enters the collector. The same day that I finally got my Power FC mapped for my new 2.5 install . Its running 1.3 - 1.4bar is this too much for the Gruppe-s headers or am I just unlucky?

mind did exacly the same, you can weld them up. Part of the problems is the welds are very thin and have no filler material.
