iv resently brought a wrx wagon 1994 .i brought the ar damaged on the front after fixing all the damge i found 3 wires cut that run along the front of the car in the loom i checked all the fuses found 2 had gone for silly things like lights .now the problems start i come to start it an first thin i noticedis the check angin an cat light do not light up on ignition the engine will turn over fine but ther is no fuel so i checked for a live to the fuel pump an there was nothing there . dont spose anyone could help me out on were to start lookin cheers RJ

sounds to me the ECU has no power. hence the fuel pump relait will not be turned on and the check lights aren't on (all are controlled by the ECU).
