Recently damaged the #3 crankshaft bearing which resulted in a very bad engine know. Was thinking the car was running lean which led to the problem but after taking apart the oil pump I have come accross this.





Is this oil pumo still good and was this a result of blowing the bearing... or could this be what caused the bearing to go?
