Default Best Recirc. Dump Valve? escaping the VTA

I currently have a RFL (Really Freakin Loud) VTA dump valve which was on my 2001 classic when i bought it, i liked the sound at first but now its annoying me and i want a recirculating one, the main problem i have with the VTA is the twit factor when you put your foot down in the presence of the over 16 age group,

As i dont have the original standard recirculating dump valve i have got to go and buy one, is it better to spend this money on a upgraded recirculator like forge or to stick with the original one. will i see any benifit over standard recirc compared to a uprated ricirc???

Views and answers please, i need to espape the nasty VTA

Dave

stick with the original one, they work fine & you should be able to pick a secondhand one up for next to nothing

Grade A Subaru do 2nd hand ones for about £25, or just start a thread in the wanted section. There must be loads lying around doing nothing!
