Been drivin round in da new scooobs for 2 days now an ive realised how loud the turbo is ,
in my m8s uk 3oo u can hear a slight whistle but on mine the noise is emense .....an also its got a recircutin dv on it which sounds like a mouse sneezin ..........im happy with it but should it be tht loud

What car do you have mate?

I noticed a lot more noice on mine once the car was decatted. From sitting in newage scoobs, they do seem to be better sound proofed as well.

There are several things that can increase the turbo whistle, induction kit will do so to a greater or lesser degree dependant on the kit, as will the fabled airbox mod. dv's of varing shapes and designs will add extra noises for that race round halfrauds carpark rally feel too
