Need advice

Purchased a door card for a MY00 which was suppose to be in good condition or 'like new' as I was told Anyway when it eventually turned up, its covered in scratches and has splits in it where someone has tried to get the window controls out Told the seller but he never bothered to reply , surprise surprise.

Anyway, I just want to know if there is a way to cover the scratches or make them less noticeable?
